Hebraic study is the restoration of the Biblical viewpoint and context from which Christ and the Apostles taught the Lord’s precepts for the first 100 years of Christianity.

It is the essential source for understanding WHY Jesus referred to Himself as “the Bridegroom” which forms an essential prophetic end-time message for believers today. It also reveals the immutable character of God. Specifically how the God of the Hebrew Scriptures (or the Old Testament) and Jesus - as revealed in the New Testament - are ONE Lord having the same consistent character and purpose as revealed in ALL Scripture.

When we apply this Hebraic background to our own Bible studies today, it restores the cultural context and essential teaching model of God’s precepts as it was understood by Jesus and His Apostles in the first century.

Ariel Ministries (new ministry is called ArielMinistry.com from Sept. 2022) was established 1990, in Monterey, California, and has always been dedicated to the accurate teaching of the Word of God from the ancient Hebraic (Jewish) cultural point of view. We call this the Hebraic Roots viewpoint, and we believe that the full acceptance and understanding of this point of view is absolutely essential to the full and complete understanding of the Bible. The outlets of this ministry are through its website at ArielMinistry.com through it's weekly radio program "SHALOM" California's Central Coast, and through the which it directs. The Ministry is founded and directed by Neale Johnson and Carmen Rachel Johnson, a dedicated team whose biblical studies specialties compliment each other in the presentation of all studies produced by the Ministry, whether audio, video, or written form.

Our Motto

We have a Bible and we are not afraid to use it! Although our motto may sound amusing, we could not be more serious about our commitment to the study of the Word of God, nor our desire to inspire an equal level of enthusiasm in those with whom we encounter through the radio, the fellowship meetings, and the internet.

Our Beliefs

We believe that the entire Bible is the inspired Word of God, and that God gave it to us to study and live by that we might receive His blessings.

We believe that the God revealed in the Hebrew Scriptures is the same God revealed in the New Testament. We believe that Y'shua HaMashiach (the Hebrew name for Jesus Christ) is the prophesied Jewish Messiah as foreshadowed in the Hebrew Scriptures, and that He is the "Word made flesh" (John 1:14) Who dwelt among us.

We believe that Jesus and God are One as Jesus declared, and that God Himself appeared in the form of a man to die for all men; to take on their sin which would have otherwise condemned all mankind to eternal death.

We believe that God has given us a blueprint for His full plan of salvation, and that plan is contained in the seven memorial days of the Lord (Leviticus chapter 23). We believe that this plan memorializes the key events in the two advents of Messiah, and that the Fall Memorial days give us the key to understanding the return of our Messiah. We believe that this Hebraic viewpoint is the biblical model used and the authentic teaching of Jesus and His apostles.
